Ingredients
- 200g mixed salad leaves
- Half a punnet of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 150g bocconcini (small balls of fresh mozzarella cheese - slice if they are too large)
- Italian dressing, or a dressing with balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Combine the salad leaves, tomatoes, onions, avocado, and cheese, and toss.
- Pour dressing over the salad
