Italian Salad

Ingredients

  • 200g mixed salad leaves
  • Half a punnet of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 150g bocconcini (small balls of fresh mozzarella cheese - slice if they are too large)
  • Italian dressing, or a dressing with balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Combine the salad leaves, tomatoes, onions, avocado, and cheese, and toss.
  2. Pour dressing over the salad
