Dare2bfit Yoga classes allow you to balance & harmonize your body, mind and emotions. Integrate mind/body awareness and develop meditation, breathing and relaxation techniques for greater strength, flexibility, focus and peace within.
We hold classes for both Hatha Yoga and Piloga Fitness.
Dare2bfit Piloga is a comprehensive fusion of Yoga and Pilates. It is a movement system that stretches and strengthens all the major muscle groups, developing a streamlined slenderness rather than bulk. At the same time it has excellent therapeutic value for calming the mind and spirit.
