Saesha Piloga is a comprehensive fusion of yoga and pilates. It is a movement system that stretches and strengthens all the major muscle groups, developing a streamlined slenderness. Build strength and endurance in the body's core postural muscles, producing amazing 'core stability'. Our classes are innovative & unique.
Pilates classes are Thursdays 6.15pm-7.15pm, Saturdays 8.30am-9.15am. Held in Carnegie.
