Delicious and Healthy Smoothies to enjoy

All made with natural whole foods, that will not only give you an incredible energy boost but support your weight loss goals when combined with exercise.

Green Smoothie

Equipment: Juicer.

Ingredients

1 cucumber, handful of broccoli with stems, handful spinach leaves, 1 x celery stick, 3 apples, ½-1 lemon with skin on, piece of ginger.

Directions:

Juice, pour into large glass with ice.


Berry Smoothie

Equipment: Blender

Ingredients: Handful of Fresh or frozen mixes berries, 1 tsp honey, 2 majool dates, handful spinach leaves, 1 cup water.

Directions:

Blend at high speed. Serve with ice cubes.


Banana Smoothie

Follow Berry recipe replace berries with a medium 180g banana.


Lemon Green Smoothie

Equipment: Juicer

Ingredients

1 cucumber 25 – 50g spinach 1 lemon 1-teaspoon stevia or other sweetener

Directions:

Juice the ingredients. Add sweetener. Mix well. Pour into a large glass filled with ice cubes and enjoy.

Variation: Add 1⁄4 avocado to blender with the juice to make a delicious and filling


Mango Smoothie

Equipment: Blender

Ingredients

2 cups frozen mango 2 cups spinach 2 cups water 2 Tablespoons agave syrup

Directions:

Blend all ingredients on high speed.
